❋ ABOUT YOUR CHEF GUIDE, ELIZABETH FALKNER
Elizabeth Falkner is an award winning chef who worked her way up in fine dining and operated ground breaking restaurants in San Francisco and New York. She continues to cook at private events, Food & Wine Festivals, culinary tours and events, and has cooked for countless celebrities. She has appeared on television on multiple networks and many of the cooking competition reality series for the last twenty years. She is a world recognized pioneer and leader in the culinary field. Chef Falkner is a fitness advocate and loves playing sports and staying “Fit to Cook” and practices a work-life balance. She’s an author of three cookbooks, she cooks, speaks and teaches all over the world. She was a James Beard Awards finalist in 2005 and she currently serves on the board of trustees of the James Beard Foundation and serves as the chair of the awards committee. In 2020 she re-located to Los Angeles and produced and hosts a documentary called, “Sorry We’re Closed”, which made festival circuits and won Best Documentary Feature at Pasadena Film Festival 2023, streaming on Apple TV and Amazon Prime. Elizabeth works also as a recipe/formula developer/consultant and has worked on projects and brands such as Molino Bianco/Barilla, Starbucks, Hershey, Pepsi, Compass Group, Nestle, Cliff Bar, Mondalez, Wrigley’s, Quaker, General Mills, Emmi Cheeses from Switzerland, M&M/Mars, Behave Candy, and more. On the beverage side, she and her partner, Heather Freyer founded T’MARO Brands Inc. launching three innovative natural spirits in 2024. T’MARO Amaro, T’MARO Eau de Vie and T’MARO Cacao Nib. All made with organic California dates.

Price per person in double occupancy: $9,500.
Price per person in single occupancy: $12,750.

A 25% deposit is due 10 days later ($2,375 per traveler for double occupancy; $3,188 per traveler for single occupancy room).

Flight from Athens to Paros, flight from Crete back to Athens on the last day.
All hotels: 1 night Athens in Greece’s first luxury hotel which has hosted everyone from Churchill to Lady Gaga. 2 nights each in Paros, Santorini, and Crete at premier hotels. All hotels are high-quality 5* hotels with great service, and provide a “wow” experience with careful design and architecture.

Boat transfers between Paros, Santorini, and Crete.
Private cars from each port to your hotel.
Meals at each destination including: Dinner under the stars in Athens, Farm to table feast in Paros, taverna lunch in Antiparos, timeless treasures lunch in Santorini.

*As a reminder, we are in high season and availability is highly volatile, so we advise moving fast to secure the rooms before further changes take place.
Payment schedule:
A deposit of 25% of total price fo the trip is due 10 days after reserving your spot. A further 40% is due in March. A third payment of 20% is due by the end of April. The final 10% payment is due 45 days before travel. All payments are non-refundable. As always, Travel Insurance is recommended.
